Who We Are
Emma Wyatt
I’m Emma, a certified creativity coach, professional actor, and lifelong improviser with over 10 years of teaching and performing improv, and 25 years of experience as an English and Drama teacher. My passion is helping people grow, connect, and work better together.
I have taught in classrooms across the UK and abroad, coached adults returning to the workplace, and led countless study skills and personal development workshops. My stage career has taken me from scripted theatre to fully improvised performance, giving me a deep understanding of how creativity, adaptability, and problem solving can transform both personal confidence and team dynamics.
This blend of education, performance, and coaching underpins my work today. I use the principles of improvisation not just for the stage, but to help teams in the real world communicate better, trust more, and collaborate with energy and ease.

Arianna Gasperini
I’m Arianna – actor, theatremaker, and educator – passionate about theatre’s power to connect, transform, and spark meaningful growth.
Trained in Rome and Venice, I create award-winning, movement-based work exploring emotion and human connection. I’ve collaborated with companies like New Stages and Limbik Theatre, and deepen my practice through physical theatre and clowning. As an educator, I teach at Guildhall School Norwich and lead workshops for all ages, using creativity as a tool for wellbeing and self-expression. I’m currently developing a one-woman show on trauma, healing, and personal transformation.
